HR Contingent Workforce Operations Analyst (CWO Analyst) Oil & Gas Industry (SHELL) Cyberjaya, Selangor 1 Year Contract Mon - Friday (2 rotational shifts) - 9.00 am - 6.00 pm & 1.00 pm - 10.00 pm RM 3300 - RM 3600 Preferred : Recruitment Specialists / Senior Customer Service Representatives The CWO Analyst is responsible to provide dedicated E2E recruitment, commercial, professional consultancy and administrative activities relating to contingent workforce management. The CWO Analyst handles day to day recruitment operations, manages queries, IQN workflows & commercial rate negotiations. A sustainable solution to contractor management \xe2\x80\x93 end to end contractor management supported by a global Contingent Workforce Operations (CWO) to: Liberate business frontline and shorten cycle time with CWO handling end to end contractor management activities (source, select, hire, extension, onboard/off board contingent workforce) Improve commercial acumen through rates assessment against Shell\xe2\x80\x99s standard rate cards, external benchmarks & channeling escalations Drive compliance internally and with hiring managers & suppliers in the areas of local labour laws, tax laws and contractual terms Create data transparency and the ability to quickly identify savings opportunities through Management Information reports Drive consistency in selecting and managing contractors through job brief calls, job matching, benchmarking and profile screening procedures Drive data integrity and transparency for business decision making REQUIREMENTS Qualification: Degree holder Min 2-3 year experience, a graduate who has done an internship in MNCs in recruitment can be considered Banking industry can be considered, and MNC working experience if possible Self-starter with ability to work independently. Needs to have very strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to communicate to a wide group of stakeholders globally at all levels of the business. Able to speak up to provide the right advice, challenge ideas and legacy processes as well as offer creative solutions for the business in their contingent workforce management needs. Strong analytical skills to resolve process/system issues and general inquiries relating to CSD processes and/or IQN functionality. Deliver operational excellence (customer service focus) and continuous improvement (ability to assess and diagnose problems and to propose solutions that are simple and effective). Awareness of the market and contingent worker contracts and strategies within the C&P framework.
