Job Description
As an HR SSC Korean Speaker, you will play a crucial role in providing efficient and effective HR support to stakeholders within the organization.
- Serve as a key communicator between the HR Shared Services and stakeholders
- Provide efficient and accurate HR support, including handling inquiries and resolving HR related issues.
- Manage HR data entry and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in both Korean and English is required as you are required to deal with Korean stakeholders. You are required to speak, read and write in Korean.
- Proven experience in HR operations, shared services, or a similar role preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Exposure to working with counterparts internationally
