QualificationsRequirements\xc2\xb7 Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Management or any related discipline\xc2\xb7 At least 4-5 years of relevant work experience\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical, research, & problem-solving skills. Ability to deal with ambiguity & formulate root cause analyses on potential issues\xc2\xb7 Understands data structures and able to recognize patterns within data and information; detail oriented, organized\xc2\xb7 Experience with MS Office applications. Track records of working with MS Excel specifically with pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP\xe2\x80\x99s, graphs, etc\xc2\xb7 Hands on experience in using data reporting and visualization tools, e.g. Power BI (data modeling, data expressions, data visualizations), Tableau, Visier, SQL, etc.\xc2\xb7 Hands on configuration/support experience in various automation platform such as UiPath, PowerApps and Chatbots.\xc2\xb7 Hands on configuration/support experience in various HRIS system e.g Oracle R12, Fusion HCM, Workday, SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft etc.\xc2\xb7 Hands on configuration/support experience in various ticketing system e.g SFDC, Five9, JIRA etc\xc2\xb7 Knowledge in programming skill is a plus\xc2\xb7 Understand and interpret regional regulatory environment and policies/controls, particularly with respect to HR data privacy topics\xc2\xb7 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, able to multi-task, and maintain accurate records\xc2\xb7 Good communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to maintain good working relationships across number of countries\xc2\xb7 Proficient in oral and written English\xc2\xb7 A good team player with high level of maturity and independence\xc2\xb7 Able to work in a fast-paced environment
