We are DXC.The Specialist will Provide HR & Payroll transaction processing support to Clients as part of a world-class, high-performance shared service organization.Provide full employee life cycle management. This will include serving as a point of contact for employee and manager inquiries relating to HR Services, Payroll Services and Benefits services via telephone, email and Action Request System (ARS) as well as performing HR administration in line with company policies/guidelines and country specific legislation.Provide quality HR processing support to the Client by attending to and processing customer requests as assigned accurately and in a timely manner, resolving issues and enquiries, and escalating operational issues to the relevant parties for resolution.Performs HR operational tasks that include personnel data administration, organization data maintenance, loan and payment administration and claims verification, time & attendance data administration, medical benefits administration and claims processing.Accomplishes special project results by identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and delivering value added services to the Clients.Provide quality payroll processing support to the Clients by attending to and processing payroll ad hoc and regular monthly requests accurately and in a timely manner.Resolve issues and enquiries and escalating operational issues to the relevant parties for resolution.Functional Tasksxc2xb7 Hiringxc2xb7 Movement & Organization Managementxc2xb7 Cessationxc2xb7 Employee Data Update and Benefit Managementxc2xb7 Time & Attendance Managementxc2xb7 Payroll ProcessingRequirementsxc2xb7 Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree preferably in Human Resource Managementxc2xb7 1-2 years of HR working experience preferably in shared service or outsourcing environmentxc2xb7 Familiar working with SAP HR or other HRMS systemxc2xb7 Good customer-service skills with an ability to handle multiple transactions and customer requestsxc2xb7 Preferably with experience processing outsourced HR for different countriesxc2xb7 Experience working in large, diverse teamsxc2xb7 Highly meticulousxc2xb7 Excellent writing, reading and speaking skills in English and Thai to support Thai customerOur Culture and BenefitsDXC is committed to building better futures for our customers, colleagues, environment, and communities.
