Job Description


Key Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Provide general administrative support and maintain hard copy and soft copy filing system \xc2\xb7 Perform data entry and able to create and update documents including reports, forms, records and databases \xc2\xb7 Provide support and verify receiving/incoming and maintain relevant records such as balance etc \xc2\xb7 Good English communication, writing and interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with all level communication. \xc2\xb7 Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned \xc2\xb7 Manage daily administrative work & operations & any ad-hoc tasks given by management. \xc2\xb7 Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently as well as in a team \xc2\xb7 Ensure workplace safety and maintain relevant records Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month Benefits:
