We are looking for a responsible and well-organized
HR and Admin Executive
to manage day-to-day human resource and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should be able to handle recruitment, employee relations, office administration, and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
HR
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, interview arrangement, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR database.
Manage employee attendance, leave application, and timesheets.
Prepare employment letters, offer letters, and confirmation letters.
Assist in payroll preparation, EPF/SOCSO/EIS and statutory submissions.
Admin
Oversee office supplies, maintenance, and liaise with vendors or service providers.
Ensure proper filing system for documents (manual and digital).
Handle company asset records, utilities, and general office upkeep.
Assist in company licenses renewal, tenancy, insurance, or other compliance matters.
Welcome guests and walk-in customer and provide some light refreshments (sweets/mineral) when necessary
Support management in handling confidential and sensitive matters.
Perform any ad-hoc tasks or administrative duties assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 1-3 years of working experience in HR and/or admin roles.
Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and HR practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Experience with HR software/system
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
