Assist with the recruitment process, including job posting, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
Support new employee onboarding/orientation and offboarding process.
Track attendance, leave records, and update HR databases.
Assist in performance evaluation processes and training coordination.
Handle HR-related queries and provide support to employee engagement activities.
Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital).
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and organizing company events.
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics when required.
Support daily office operations and ensure a clean, safe, and efficient workplace.
Monitoring Compensation & benefits eg. Insurance, medical claims and clearance for employees
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as assigned.
Assist HR Manager with training activities and projects.
Assist in any other tasks assigned
Candidates must have at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or the equivalent
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in all aspects of HR roles
Familiar with Safety and 5S
Strong management and communication skills
A disciplined mentality to implement company policy and changes
Proficient and trustworthy in handling sensitive and confidential matters; Good computer literacy
Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese, English and Bahasa Melayu.
Team player with good problem solving skill, result driven and proactive quality.
