Assist in organizing
training, team bonding activities

Payroll and Statutory Compliance
Collect attendance data and assist with
monthly payroll
preparation.
Ensure timely submission of EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRD Corp and other
statutory payments

Liaise with authorities:
KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, HRDC, JTK, MBSP, IMMIGRATION
etc.
Administrative Support
Handle day-to-day
office operations
including document filing and correspondence.
Monitor
office supplies and inventory
.
Manage
access cards, CCTV
, and general upkeep of the office environment.
Assist in handling
employee grievances
and HR correspondence.
Qualifications and Skills:
Diploma, Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience 1- 3 years in human resources, administration, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and administrative procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR management software (e.g., Fingertech, WinCom, SQL Payroll & etc ).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
