Responsible for full spectrum of HR function in areas of recruitment, employee relations, payroll, training, policy development and general office management.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job advertising, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection and onboarding new employees.
Manage employee confirmation, termination, and contract renewals.
Handle disciplinary matters, staff counseling, grievance management, and employee relations.
Managing payroll administration including attendance tracking, leave management and payroll processing for all employees.
Manage foreign worker-related matters such as FOMEMA medical check-ups, permit renewals, and hostel arrangements.
Identify training needs and coordinate employee learning and development programs & responsible for HR Department's ISO documentation.
Assist in internal and external audits related to HR functions.
Manage HR Administrative duties in areas of preparation of all HR related letters, Memo, insurance, maintaining HR Documentation, etc
Developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
Supporting employee engagement, performance management, and professional development programs.
Assist Management in overseas new business/office set up, expansion, recruitment and regional subsidiaries HR matters.
Oversee Office Administration: supplies, vendors, facilities, insurance, license, agreements and documents.
Supervising junior HR Admin staff.
Assist in IT matter.
To undertake any ad-hoc tasks/ projects pertaining to HR and administrative duties as and when required.
Requirements:
Degree in HR or Business Administration or equivalent from recognized institution.
At least 3-5 years in HR roles.
Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
Good understanding of labour laws and experience in foreign worker recruitment.
Proficient in MS Office and Internet savvy
Responsible, motivated, and able to work independently as well as a team.
Strong work ethics and objective.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
