Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; experience in HR or Admin is an advantage.
Good communication skills in English
Basic understanding of HR processes (attendance, leave, claims, recruitment).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Organized, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
