Onboarding and Offboarding: Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing employment contracts, conducting orientations, and coordinating with relevant departments for necessary equipment and access. Process offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and final settlements. Employee Records and Documentation: Maintain accurate employee records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations. Prepare and update HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and employee handbooks. Payroll and Benefits Administration: Collaborate with the HQ Office to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave management, and other employee welfare initiatives. Employee Relations and Engagement: Support employee relations initiatives, including assisting in the resolution of employee grievances and conflicts. Contribute to employee engagement activities and events to promote a positive and inclusive work culture. HR Policies and Compliance: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Stay updated with changes in labor laws and recommend necessary updates to HR practices. Training and Development: Coordinate and organize training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities for employees. Maintain training records and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. HR Reporting and Analytics: Contribute to data-driven recommendations for improving HR processes and decision-making. General HR Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining HR files, responding to HR-related inquiries, and assisting with HR projects and initiatives.
