- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain and update employee records.
- Ensure Compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support HR-related matters.
- Handle registration, renewal, and documentation for foreign worker permits.
- Administer Leave, attendance, and employee benefits programs.
- Assist in preparingg monthly payroll and statutory submissions (EPF,SOCSO, EIS & PCB).
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee company information
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years experience in HR or operations (F&B background is an advantage)
Good communication and coordination skills
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Familiar with permit applications and foreign worker processes is a bonus
Proficient in Microsoft Office and SQL Payroll.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
