\xe2\x80\xa2 Update daily attendance (ISM) to Group HR \xe2\x80\xa2 Issue Clinic slip to worker & arrange driver schedule \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor the daily department (production) attendance [attendance email will receive daily] (Highlight the senior if any unusual absent, bad attendance and etc) \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in recruitment part (screening, arranging interviews for below executive level) \xe2\x80\xa2 Check & record the Hostel utility bill and pass it to the finance \xe2\x80\xa2 Check Anthony\xe2\x80\x99s monthly expenses \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015 - Human Resources SOP and documentation (work together with Sumathi, plan & follow up internal training with HOD) \xe2\x80\xa2 Documentation and record for Probation review & Yearly appraisal exercise \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate with Worker on hostel matter \xe2\x80\xa2 Arrange for visitors (Hotel, Apartment, transportation, and etc) \xe2\x80\xa2 Arranging celebration/stock count/event (venue, food, drink, inform staff, gift and etc) \xe2\x80\xa2 Hostel arrangement \xe2\x80\x93 (buy furniture, electric appliances, arrange cleaning, and etc) \xe2\x80\xa2 Arrange/inform the maintenance team to do repairs such as power outages, pipe leakage, bulb malfunction, door issue and etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 To check and monitor operator overtime (currently the production clerk assists with this) \xe2\x80\xa2 Documentation preparation for Expatriate pass (EP) & Worker Permit (WP) \xe2\x80\xa2 Do job posting in My Future Job for expatriate EP purpose \xe2\x80\xa2 Do photocopies of the permit and distribute to the worker \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in monitoring operator (local & foreign worker) personal file filling \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist on get quotations for vehicle insurance, air ticket and etc for comparison \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow up on the Foreign Worker insurance and Fomema result \xe2\x80\xa2 Check the security log book and monitor the guard performance
