Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated HR personnel to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily HR and administrative operations, assisting with month-end payroll activities, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment



Handle end to end recruitment processes, including screening, arranging and conducting interviews for new employees. Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes efficiently. Fully ensure all related documents are accurately prepared, maintained, and filed. Doing a background verification of the shortlisted candidates.

Training & Development



To perform Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop company training plan. Develop and implement new hire on boarding process and on job training programs. Assist on planning, coordinate, and deliver employee training programs. Ensure compliance with HRDF claim submissions for eligible training programs.

Foreign Worker (FW) Management



Manage foreign worker documentation, including work permits, visa renewals, and employment contracts. Liaise with government authorities, embassies, and agencies for compliance matters. Provide support in onboarding foreign workers, including orientation and accommodation arrangements.

ER and Disciplinary



Assist in addressing disciplinary issues, including drafting show-cause letters, conducting domestic inquiries, and advising on necessary actions. Support the resolution of disputes or grievances in alignment with legal standards and company guidelines. Support Industrial Relations (IR) and Employee Relations (ER) matters as required.

Other Matter



Maintain proper filing systems. Responsible in the implementation and execution of the HR strategies, policies and practices. Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superior.

We we're looking for:



Education:

Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:

Minimum 1-3 years in HR with a focus on recruitment, training, and IR/FW/ER management. Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations, especially regarding IR and foreign worker management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Well organized and able to manage vary workloads, team player, decisive and willing to take responsibility. Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with audit
