Requirements
Minimum Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years HR experience FMCG/factory is an advantage
Good knowledge of Malaysian labor law, foreign worker matters and HR practices is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, organized, and confidential with staff information.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Responsibilities
Maintain and update employee personal files and HR databases.
Assist in recruitment activities such as job posting, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Handle daily attendance, leave records, and overtime tracking.
Support payroll data preparation and benefits administration.
Prepare HR-related letters, memos, and documentation.
Assist in organizing staff welfare activities and training programs.
