Key Responsibilities:
Assist in employee engagement initiatives and events to enhance workplace culture.
Support employer branding activities across digital and offline channels.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, pantry top-ups, bill processing, and office supplies management.
Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
Perform ad hoc HR and office-related tasks as assigned by the HR Team Leader
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or related administrative role.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, reliable, and able to take ownership of tasks.
