Liaise with relevant
government agencies
such as the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA), and other statutory bodies.
Maintain and update
HR database
for all foreign workers including personal data, employment contracts, and pass status.
Coordinate and conduct
onboarding briefings
for new foreign hires and ensure smooth transition and compliance with company policies.
Monitor and ensure
timely renewal
of work passes and medical reports to prevent legal or operational issues.
Support
recruitment process
by coordinating interviews, preparing offer letters, and facilitating onboarding documentation.
Handle
foreign worker accommodation matters
, including documentation, inspections, and housing regulation compliance.
Ensure compliance with
local labor laws, company policies
, and
COVID-19 or health-related regulations
.
Collaborate with HR Manager in planning and implementing HR initiatives related to workforce welfare and retention.
Provide administrative and operational support for payroll, attendance tracking, and foreign staff-related HR activities.
Prepare reports and assist in audits related to foreign manpower management.
