HR ASSISTANT / HR COORDINATOR

RESPONSIBILITIES & DELIVERABLES:



Assist in the recruitment and resignation process for all employees Assist in monitoring and upkeep of employee personal records to ensure all information is updated and documented accurately. Assist in handling employee leave applications, disciplinary, and grievance issues. Understand and adhere to all pertinent labour laws. Deal with employees' requests regarding human resources issues, rules & regulations. Provide clerical & administrative support to HR Manager & above. Ensure proper personal filing records for individuals, including all letters for employment, confirmation, promotion, personal data, IC, License copy, certificate, married/birth certificate child, disciplinary record, counseling record, etc. Attending to HR-related inquiries from internal and external personnel; Assist in preparing employment contract, monitor the probation process, and confirmation of employment Monitor employee benefits utilization such as overtime, salary, allowances, leaves, time-off & medical benefits Ensure the submission of the Weekly Teacher's Attendance & Student Number Report by Centre Heads and finalize the report before submission to the Finance Department. Responsible for staff activities and general support such as coordination for organizing company events and activities. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems Ensure and make arrangements for any staff to attend training, medical check-ups & etc as required.

REQUIREMENTS:



Education

Diploma in Business Administration/Business Management/Human Resources or equivalent.

Experience

Fresh Graduate or minimum with 2 years working experience in Human Resources and admin

KSA's

Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office applications
(Knowledge, Good team player with proven ability to build strong relationships
Skills & Ability) with key individuals.

Good knowledge of HR Systems and Excel skills.
Professional, confident, and credible communicator, including the ability to connect with a group of people.

Ability to work quickly and accurately, especially under pressure; and within a cross-culture, virtual team, and global environment.

Organized, strong time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet the established deadline

Job Types: Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
