Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews).
Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Help coordinate employee engagement activities and HR events.
Prepare HR-related reports and documents.
Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
Assist in policy documentation and compliance initiatives.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
