Job Description

As a Hotel Human Resource Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR department's emphasizing service & quality to all employees. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and learning within the human resources field. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:



1) Salary Calculation for workers:



- Calculate timesheets for permanent and contract operation workers, matching with time attendance, and leave forms (if applicable).

2) Attendance Monitoring:



- Daily monitoring of worker attendance using the HR system, updating information in the attendance summary.

- Assist and provide briefings on the registration process for new workers in the HR system (Face print, filing & orientation)

3) Management of Company Uniforms:



- Distribute and record uniforms issued to staff, generating monthly stock take reports.

- Coordinate with uniform suppliers for the annual purchase of uniforms, including the preparation of purchase orders.

4) Panel Clinic Oversight:



- Monthly update the staff name list for panel clinics.

- Record medical fees based on clinic invoices and monitor the medical fee limit for each staff member.

5) Payslip Preparation:



- Prepare payslips for employees as needed.

6) Organize staff gathering and rewards quarterly basis



7) Inspection & rounding of Departments to oversee employees grooming check, greetings and activity accordance to service quality set by hotel management



8) Multitasking of helping other department during peak period



Minimum Qualification :



HR Cerfication Graduate or higher. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply. Fluent spoken and written skills in Malay & English Able to work independently and able to cope under tight deadlines. Able to work in a team. Responsible, reliable, honest and pleasant personality. Priority given candidates with hotel experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
