Responsibilities
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions & duties
Maintaining employee\'s records (attendance, employee personnel files and etc) according to policy & legal requirements
Processing of employees\' monthly payroll & maintaining payroll information by collecting, calculating & entering data
Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
Assist in the recruitment process which includes creating job advertisements, screening and shortlisting of applicants, arranging interviews and all other recruitment-related matters including quarterly & yearly report preparation
Involved in the development of annual training plans (internal and external) within the Company and monitor on the implementation of such programs
Identify and develop list of courses offered by external trainer and to coordinate on the participation
To manage the proper update and follow up employee training record/ evaluation form upon completion of training
Manage the HRD Corp claim process and ensure the HRD fund is utilized optimally
Assist in compilation and documentation of employee performance review & KPI management system
Preparation of employee\'s movement-related & other MISC correspondence
