1) Recruitment - maintain recruitment records and update candidate databases.
2)Employee record and documentation - ensure all employee information and documents are accurate and up to date.
3) Attendance and leave administration-monitor and record attendance staff - foreigner.
4)Prepare monthly attendance.
5)HR administration - related report and letters as required.
6) Employee relation - related contract workers.
