Job description:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, job offers, and salary negotiation
Maintaining and monitoring the HR filing system
Monitor employee attendance, overtime and leave reports including computations for payroll.
Keep track of employee's files, keep track of leave/ staff daily attendance,
Processing payroll in a timely manner in line with current legislations and regulations.
Prepare monthly payroll reports and support HR-related documentation and staff engagement initiatives.
To prepare monthly payroll and all statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, Zakat and income Tax.
Perform any other related duties as and when assigned
