Job Description

Responsibilities:



Responsible for all matters related to foreign workers, including work performance, grievances, industrial relations, and disciplinary issues. Handle permit renewals, passport matters, insurance, FOMEMA, air ticket purchases, and other related processes. Accompany operators to CIMB Bank to open bank accounts or ATM cards when required. Prepare, manage, and submit all necessary documents to Immigration and embassies for foreign worker matters. Arrange clinic visits and medical appointments for operators. Handle monthly payroll processing accurately and timely. Ensure all employee records are updated, organised, and properly maintained. Assist in organising and coordinating training programs for employees. Conduct hostel inspections and ensure proper upkeep, safety, and compliance. Assist in handling operators' general welfare matters. Manage recruitment activities, including arranging and coordinating interview schedules. Working hour (8.30am-5.30pm)

Requirements:



At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position Positive attitude, self motivated, responsible and able to work within dateline Able to perform multi-tasking and able to work independently Responsive with sense of urgency MUST be a TEAM player
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month

Work Location: In person
