Responsibilities
Perform retail staff payroll involving statutory deduction& contribution, benefit payment/deduction
Calculate staff's OT and incentives prior to computation of payroll processing
To liaise with relevant statutory bodies such as KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, HRD Corp
Monitor & update and administer staff leave, medical claim and attendance records
Manage employee personnel file and data management
Follow-up and update job descriptions for new, transferred or promoted staff/position
Assist in reviewing retail staff's KPI
Provide assistance in other HR administrative duties Requirements
SPM or above qualifications
Strong attention to detail
Ability to keep and operate in total confidentiality
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
Proficient in Microsoft office applications Microsoft Office - Words, Excel & Power point
Able to start work immediately will be an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
