Support employees through various stages of their employment, including onboarding, probation, confirmation, transfers, and offboarding.
Assist in managing contract renewals, performance evaluations, and resignation processes.
Ensure smooth offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and final settlement documentation for payroll processing.

4. Compliance & HR Policies Implementation
Ensure HR policies comply with labour laws and company guidelines.
