Job Description

We are a Human Resources (BPO) Business Process Outsourcing company that focuses on local manpower sourcing and contracting. A growing company that focuses mainly to gap the bridge between Clients and Candidates.

We're looking for someone who is Proactive and Driven to manage our projects,

JOB SCOPE:

- Conduct on-site check-ins and conduct day-to-day tracking

- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and discipline while maintaining a positive work culture.

- Support onboarding of new hires to ensure they understand job expectations.

- Understand client needs and ensure manpower levels and performance meet expectations.

- Gather feedback from clients and resolve any operational issues promptly.

- Ensure attendance, timesheets, and other reports are submitted accurately and on time.

- Preparation of Documentation for onboarding process

REQUIREMENTS

- Age 20 to 40

- Have own transport

- Able to work the computer (an added advantage if able to operate the G-drive and Microsoft Office software)

- Have a problem solving mindset and able to communicate well

- Fast Learner, willing to pick up skills to learn Human Resource Management

Work Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday



Office Location: Kelana Jaya, Petaling Jaya



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
