Assist HR business partner in managing and handling of staff matters/issues.
Assist in ensuring timely and accurate completion of relevant staff letters, payroll, reimbursements, staff insurance claims and HR reports such as statutory and month end reporting.
Liaise with outsourced vendors to ensure timely updates of staff movement
Advocate and educate staff in good practices of HR and Company rules, policies and procedures.
Perform administrative tasks such as upkeep of staff records in HRMS and physical files
Assist in HR projects as required.
Requirement:
A Diploma in HR or relevant with 1 year experience as a HR Generalist, preferably in retail environment. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Enjoy working with people and possess excellent communication skills, relations building skills and positive mindset.
A team player who is a fast learner, resourceful, independent, has an eye for details, numerical and highly adaptable to fast changing environments.
Good computer skills in Office 365, Ms Excel and Ms Words.
Experience in SAP Successfactors (HRMS)/Humatrix is a bonus.
