The HR Assistant will support daily HR operations and providing administrative support across the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding. This role involves handling documentation, maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment activities, and supporting payroll, training, and employee engagement functions.
s:
Assist in recruitment activities:job posting, interview scheduling, and document collection.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Prepare HR-related letters, memos, and reports.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both physical files and the HR Information System (HRIS).
Support the planning and execution of company events, employee training, employee engagement activities, and CSR initiatives.
Handle general HR administrative tasks .
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of working experience in HR (fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply).
Knowledge:Basic understanding of Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN).
Language:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
Discretion & Confidentiality:Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of integrity and discretion.
Organizational Skills:Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
