Perform other HR-related tasks and special projects as assigned by management.Provide comprehensive HR administrative support, including preparing employment-related documents (e.g., appointment, confirmation, promotion, salary revision letters).This position primarily functions as an HR & Admin , with broad involvement across various HR and administrative areas. The role requires a hands-on approach to managing core HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives.
Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes across all levels of the organization.
Ensure full compliance with Malaysian labor laws, employment regulations, and internal company policies.
Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS databases, and personnel files.
Manage attendance and leave systems; provide timely and accurate payroll inputs.
Prepare and analyze HR reports for management and audit purposes.
Oversee general office administration, including procurement of supplies, maintenance of facilities and equipment.
