Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for the company (outlet staff, office positions, full-time & part-time)
Post job advertisements on various platforms
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and arrange interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers / management on manpower requirements
Prepare and issue offer letters
Follow up on interview outcomes and candidates' joining status
Maintain and update candidate database
Assist in improving recruitment processes and sourcing strategies
Minimum 1-2 years of HR / Recruitment experience
Good communication skills in English & Mandarin (Bahasa Malaysia is a plus)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
