DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Handle daily administrative and HR duties and also assisting HOD in record maintenance and provide clerical support to all employees. 1. To assist HOD in all areas of Compensation and Benefit. 2. To assist the process and system of payroll management. 3. To ensure Annual Leave record and other leave record are up to date and submit attendance report every month to HODs. 4. Ordering and follow up with vendors for staff uniform yearly basis on management approval and all related departments are provided timely. 5. Assist in any other related project of Compensation & Benefits. 6. Assist any insurance related matter that includes additional new joiner, deletion of staff and to liaise directly with insurance person in charge to settle claimant issue. 7. To ensure submit the appraisal of staff to HOD based on the timely confirmation date. 8. To ensure filing are in order and up to date 9. To liaise with car park management regarding staff parking card 10. To do all letters excluding recruitment and training related letters. Other req :
