1. Perform clerical and administrative duties for Human Resources Department 2. Manage and keep all documents through proper safekeeping and in compliance with ISO requirements and maintain confidentiality at all time 3. Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries 4. Maintains employee information by updating employee data into HR system. 5. Prepare payment request and keep track of cheque issuance 6. Ensure stationaries stock are available for HR Department 7. Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the immediate superior.
