Job: HR Assistant
Industry: Food and Beverage
Location: M.M.B. Marketing Company Sdn. Bhd. (Kuching, Sarawak), batu 5 jalan penrissen
Job description:
Organize and maintain personnel records
Update internal databases (e.g., record sick leave, annual leave and etc)
Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts, new hire guides and etc.
Answer employee's queries about HR-related issues.
Recruit new employees.
Coordinate planning for learning and development, training courses and maintaining training records.
Requirements:
Fluent in Mandarin.
Possess minimum Diploma or Degree qualification in HR or related field.
Previous experience in a similar role.
Computer literacy (MS Office, and etc.)
Good in communication skills and Team player.
Salary range: RM 1700++ (Depending on working experience)
