Job Description

The job scope of a human resources (HR) assistant includes a variety of tasks, such as:

Recruitment

: Assisting with the recruitment process, including identifying candidates, conducting interviews, and issuing employment contracts

Onboarding

: Assist orientation and training sessions for new employees

Employee records

: Maintaining employee records, including attendance, leaves, and compensation and benefits

Payroll

: Assisting with payroll processing and documentation

Policies and procedures

: Assisting the HR manager with formulating policies and procedures, and communicating updates to employees

Employee communication

: Assist and record the employee questions and complaints, and ensuring smooth communication with employees

HR events

: Overseeing HR events and meetings, and coordinating management-employee communications

Employee welfare

: Helping plan programs and processes designed to improve employee welfare

Employee satisfaction

: Conducting surveys to determine employee satisfaction, and analyzing results

HR best practices

: Keeping up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc) Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc) Communicate with public services when necessary Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
