Manage full spectrum of HR: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, leave, appraisal & exit process
Operate and optimize our InfoTech HRMS (attendance, e-leave, payroll, claims, appraisals)
Ensure legal compliance & HR policy enforcement across outlets
Handle employee documentation, staff issues & disciplinary matters
Prepare monthly HR reports & support management with HR data insights
Coordinate employee engagement activities & support staff development
Job Requirements:
2-4 years of HR experience (executive or senior executive level)
Hands-on experience with InfoTech HRMS or similar systems
Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, HR documentation, and SOPs
Able to multitask, solve problems, and lead with initiative
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
