Hr Assistant Manager (construction / Pasir Gudang)

Job Description

Oversee full HR functions: recruitment, payroll, benefits, training, and employee relations. Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and statutory compliance. Provide HR guidance to managers and ensure policies are properly implemented. Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters. Maintain and update HR records, job descriptions, and company policies. Manage leave, insurance, welfare, and employee engagement programs. Lead and mentor the HR team to support company objectives.

Requirements:



Bachelor's Degree in

Human Resources, Business Administration

, or related field. Minimum

5 years of HR experience

, including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations. Strong knowledge of

employment laws and HR best practices

. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate in multiple languages, including Mandarin, is an advantage. Must be willing to work in
