What you'll do?
Lead people plans: workforce planning, succession, skills forecasting
Run performance & talent cycles: OKRs/KPIs, reviews, calibration, IDPs, talent reviews
Drive culture & engagement: pulse surveys, action plans, recognition, change/change-readiness
Support rewards & policy: salary review inputs, job benchmarking, policy governance
Own HR analytics: monthly dashboards (HC, TO, TTF, absenteeism, training) with insights & actions
Guide ER/IR: coach managers; manage disciplinary & grievance documentation
Ensure operations & compliance: HRIS integrity; payroll inputs (EPF/KWSP, SOCSO/PERKESO, EIS, PCB); Employment Act 1955 (Amendment 2022)
Partner on employer branding & recruitment for strategic roles
Qualifications, Skills and Attributes
Bachelors in HR/Business/Management (or related)
4-5 years in HR with strong exposure to HR strategy, performance/talent and workforce planning
Working knowledge of Malaysian labour law, statutory contributions,
Comfortable with HRIS + Excel/Google Sheets; able to build clear people dashboards
Strong stakeholder management and communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia
Nice to have
SHRM-CP/PHRi/CHRP, OD/Talent certs, SME/high-growth experience, competency frameworks or change projects
