Handling recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Plan and organize staff engagement, team-building, and CSR activities.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, EPF/SOCSO/HRDF requirements. Anything related to labour laws.
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and E&O procedures.
Manage disciplinary issues and performance improvement processes.
Maintain HR records, attendance, and leave management systems, HR policy management.
Prepare HR reports and assist management with HR strategy planning include training and staffs benefits development.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
Minimum 3 years' experience in HR, including supervisory or executive role.
Good understanding of Malaysian labour laws and HR practices.
Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
Creative and resourceful in planning staff engagement and company events.
Able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
