Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, feedback collection, and recruitment reporting.
Collaborate with the HR Manager and department heads to support manpower planning and hiring needs.
Oversee onboarding and induction programs for new hires, and conduct exit interviews.
Coordinate and manage in-house and external training programs, maintain training records, and liaise with training providers on HRD Corp (HRDF) matters.
Conduct briefings on company policies, procedures, and compliance updates.
Support HR initiatives and employee engagement activities such as company events, annual dinners, and team-building programs.
Handle general HR administrative tasks and other assignments as directed by the immediate superior.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, or related field.
Minimum
7 years of hands-on experience
in recruitment and HR administration.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HR systems or databases.
Excellent communication and writing skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
Discreet, reliable, and a strong team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
Up-to-date knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
