Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
At least 6-8 years of experience in HR field and out of which at least 3 years in managerial capacity in manufacturing environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; good command in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
Dynamic individual and proven record of being a successful HR practitioner.
Strong knowledge in Employment Act, Malaysia Labour Law and other related legislation Scopes:

\xef\x82\xa7 Manage the full spectrum of the Human Resources and Admin department, including but not limited to Recruitment, Compensation & Benefit, Training & Development, Employee Relation and Industrial Relation.
