Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communication, and conducting background checks.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Support with payroll and assist with benefits administration.
Provide administrative support to HR managers, including drafting correspondence, preparing reports, organizing files, and scheduling meetings.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
Respond to employee inquiries and provide support as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
More than 1 year of work experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
Mandarin will be add advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
