Hr Assistant (mandarin Speaker)

Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communication, and conducting background checks.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support with payroll and assist with benefits administration.
  • Provide administrative support to HR managers, including drafting correspondence, preparing reports, organizing files, and scheduling meetings.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide support as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • More than 1 year of work experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
  • Mandarin will be add advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Priority will be given to those who can start work immediately
