Ensuring the company complies to the latest Employment Act1955 (Act265), EPF, Socso, PCB and any other labor legislation implemented by Authority.
Maintaining and upkeep of HR data, personal files, leave record, training record, disciplinary records, memos, reports and all other HR documentation are up to date and recorded.
Assisting to creating a smooth process for recruiting, evaluating, interviewing and hiring skilled individuals and production workers.
Organizing orientation and training for new and existing hires
Monitoring, recording and implementation employees\' daily attendance and leave records.
Resolving workplace issues between employees and employers.
\xc2\xb7 Posting job vacancies on job boards and company websites and responsible on screening resumesand scheduling interviews.
Preparing and formatting documents, reports, and presentations for the company and assisting with various administrative tasks as well.
Assisting, preparing and support the activities that involve \xe2\x80\x93 Company trip/Charity/Exhibitions when required.
Helping and responsible on ISO 9001: 2015 by maintaining and updating the Document that required prior Auditing.
Any other duties assigned by SUPERIOR or such other management personnel designated by the company from time to time.
