Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Internship experience are accepted. Applicants must be

willing to work in Taman Mayang, Petaling Jaya.

Applicants must

have own transport for work travels.

Preferably junior entries specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Full-Time position(s) available.

Employee/ Industrial Relations

Assist in handling employee relation issues which include show cause, domestic inquiry, employee counseling and misconduct investigation. Counsel, educate, and train employees on disciplinary matters Strong follow up to ensure case are concluded according to designated procedures and legislations. Meet witnesses and conduct interrogation with involved parties during investigation of IR cases Prepare the necessary paperwork and formal letters to communicate company directives to employees. Responsible to execute and coordinate staff recruitment activities and selection process including sourcing, pre-screening, short listing of candidates and interviewing. Responsible to receive job applications and record all employees' information in the HR database accurately. Liable to participate in career fairs, coordinate with various recruitment channels and build rapport with colleges/universities for talent sourcing purposes

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
