Job Description

We are hiring! We looking to hire an HR Assistant to assist with the daily administrative support and HR duties of the company. Applicants must have a diploma or bachelor\'s degree in HRM or any related field with a minimum of 1 - 2 years of working experience in the related field. :

• Responsible for posting vacancies via online job advertisement.
• Assist with scheduling interviews.
• Assist in interviewing candidates when necessary.
• Manage the company employee database, events & HR clerical work.
• Assist in all HR-related requests and inquiries.
• Assist the HR Manager in conducting initial orientation to newly hired employees.
• Responsible for recording minutes for meetings.
• Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
• Well-versed in Sabah & Sarawak Labour Law.
• Perform any legal duties assigned from time to time by the HR Manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma or a Degree holder in HR Management or any related field.
• Have at least one (1) year of experience working in HR.
• Solid interpersonal & administrative skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Multilingual Preferred.
• Good command of both speaking & writing in Malay & English language.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR Software.
• Knowledge of the Malaysia Employment Act & Statutory Guidelines.
• Strong communication skills.
• People Oriented with high EQ
• Resourceful, detail-oriented & able to work independently.
• Ability to communicate effectively & professionally.
• Able to work under pursue.
• Strong work ethics

Remuneration Package & Benefits:

• Basic Salary RM1,800 - RM2,200 per month (Salary + Monthly Bonus + Allowance)
