Position: HR Assistant
Salary: RM1,800 - RM2,100

Working Days & Hours:
Saturday - Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
(Friday: Rest Day)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our client's HR operations in the F&B industry.
This role involves assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, training, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth HR processes and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities



1) Assist in the recruitment process including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and contacting candidates.
2) Support onboarding activities for new hires such as preparing documents, contracts, induction kits, and ensuring smooth orientation.
3) Maintain, update, and organize employee records in the HR system to ensure accuracy and proper documentation.
4) Assist in managing employee attendance, leave, and overtime in line with company SOP.
5) Prepare HR-related reports such as headcount, turnover, and basic data for management reference.
6) Support training & development activities including arranging training sessions, maintaining records, and evaluating program effectiveness.
7) Assist HR Executive in handling performance reviews, employee discipline, and staff-related matters.
8) Provide daily administrative support such as preparing HR letters, memos, and documents related to company policies.
9) Act as a liaison between management and employees to ensure clear communication of HR matters.
10) Support the implementation of HR initiatives that align with the fast-paced and dynamic F&B industry operations.

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications



1) Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2) Experience in HR administration or recruitment is an added advantage.
3) Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5) Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
