Job Specifications:
Perform day to day operation of HR matters.
Assist in payroll preparation by daily checking employee absentees/ absconded/ MC/ Leave or etc
Assist HR Executive to manage and handling foreign worker disciplinary issues.
Responsible for hostel management; To upkeep and maintain the cleanliness of hostel & surrounding are cleanliness.
Assist in sending or arrange transport for ill worker to clinic or hospital, and sending or arrange transport to medical check-up and etc. when necessary (company provided vehicle)
To monitor foreign worker's permit renewal, passport renewal and immigration related issue.
Assist in general office admin function such as handling queries via incoming call.
Arrange uniform distribution and maintain the records.
To update and maintain accurate employee files and proper filling system.
Any other ad-hoc task as assigned by the Superior.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least SPM level.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Fresh graduates are welcome to applied.
Applicants must be willing to travel outstation when needed.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
