Assist in posting job advertisements and screening applications.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and new hire documentation.
Support the onboarding process, including orientation and staff ID preparation.
2. HR Administration
Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
Assist in managing attendance, leave records, and monthly timesheets.
Handle HR-related correspondence, memos, and announcements.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee information.
3. Employee Relations
Assist in handling staff inquiries on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Support the HR team in managing staff welfare, events, and engagement activities.
Help in monitoring staff discipline and documenting minor incidents.
4. Training & Development
Coordinate training schedules, attendance, and venue arrangements.
Maintain training records and assist in preparing training reports.
Support implementation of internal training programs.
5. Payroll & Benefits Support
Assist in preparing monthly payroll inputs such as attendance, OT, and allowances.
Support the administration of staff benefits such as medical claims and uniform issuance.
6. Compliance & HR Processes
Ensure HR processes comply with company policies, SOPs, and statutory regulations.
Assist during audits, inspections, and documentation checks.
