Job descriptions:
Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing documents and conducting orientation sessions.
Handle general HR inquiries from employees and provide timely support.
Prepare HR-related letters, such as employment letters, confirmation letters, and warning letters.
Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and medical claims.
Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and staff activities.
Assist in foreign workers arrangement and coordination.
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
Assist in HR reporting and documentation.
Job requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 1 year related working experience in HR.
Good written and verbal communications skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa as well as able to communicate with colleagues from China.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Attention to details and accuracy in handling documents.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
