About the Programme

The PROTEGE Programme is a structured initiative designed to equip fresh graduates with real working experience, professional skills, and industry exposure. This is your opportunity to kickstart your HR career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities. Maintain employee records and update HR databases. Support in preparing HR-related reports and documents. Assist with staff training coordination and attendance tracking. Handle general HR administrative tasks and correspondence.
Requirements:

Malaysian citizen.

Fresh graduate or currently unemployed with a Degree (compulsory).

Strong interest in Human Resources and people management. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Eager to learn and able to work in a team environment.
